POLICE IG Hafiz Ringim, has tendered his retirement letter with immidiate effect while a Police helicopter is on its way to Bauchi now to bring the New IG MD Abubakar to Abuja. Already, a number of DIG's have started parking their personal belongings in their offices since a junior ranking officer is taking charge.
